About Superhot Hot Pot & Korean BBQ

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Mountain View; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 5–10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Superhot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is easily one of the best all-you-can-eat spots in the Bay Area. The selection is huge, with plenty of options for both Korean barbecue and hot pot, so everyone can find something they enjoy. The ingredients are consistently fresh, and the quality really stands out. Their Wagyu beef slices are especially greatβ€”tender, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering again and again

Had a great first-time experience at this Korean BBQ and hot pot spot in Mountain View. Loved the interactive concept of grilling your own meats and cooking ingredients in flavorful broth right at the table. Fresh ingredients, fun atmosphere, and a unique dining experience. Definitely worth trying with friends or family!

Great place for some kbbq and hot pot. So much on the menu to choose from. Love all the choices. If you want kbbq or hotpot you can do one or both. And since there is the hotpot they have a sauce bar to customize your food. Staff is super attentive and fast. Changed out our grill very frequently and brought out everything we ordered quick. Easy to order on your phone as well. One of our new favorite spots to go for kbbq. And you get ice cream at the end! This is in downtown Mountain View so parking may be tough. There are two lots nearby.

Super Pot in Mountain View is one of those spots the boys are always down to wait for. We pulled up knowing there’d probably be a line, and sure enough, we waited about 15 to 20 minutes. Honestly, it never feels that long because you already know it’s going to hit. Once we were seated, ordering through the QR code was stupid easy. No flagging anyone down, no confusion. You just tap what you want and it starts rolling out. And when I say fast, I mean fast. Our first round came out in about 2 to 4 minutes. That kind of turnaround makes a huge difference when you’re starving. The staff is on it too. They were attentive the whole time and swapped out the BBQ grill the second it started getting too charred. That’s clutch because nobody wants burnt flavor ruining good meat. The sauce combinations are fire. I tried the peanut butter dip and low key thought it would be weird, but it actually worked. Sweet, savory, and perfect with the grilled meats. And the fact that dessert is included in the price? Say less. For the quality, speed, and overall vibe, it’s a solid deal. Super Pot is one of those dependable spots where you can catch up with the boys, eat heavy, and leave satisfied without

Mixed feelings on this place. The food, flavors and offerings were good. When I first arrived with our group of four plus a kid we were promptly seated in the back room. Where the air temperature ranged from 55-58Β°F. While they said they would turn the temperature up, there was people already seated in this area. The end of our experience, the temperature only reached 64Β°F. While my friend felt we were rushed to order. I interpreted that as they wanted us to get some of the order in soon so we can see what we wanted next. I'm used to that and hot pots and/or bbq situations. So be prepared to order ASAP. But that was just the food order. It took them quite a while to ask if we wanted anything to drink. We were even already eating before we were able to order some Soju, sake, and soda. There are three items that I had to repeatedly ask for since they had not arrived. One item never arrived. The entire visit. We were also presented with three items that we did not order. So attention to detail in the ordering/delivery system is lacking. The food selection in general was okay. Flavors were good. I wish there was more seafood options. Portion size was also a little interesting pork bel
